G-Tech Tig Electrode Grinder
The ESAB G-Tech tungsten electrode grinder gives accurate grinding for better TIG welding and tip life_ by giving improved strike-up and concentrated welding arc. The fully enclosed wet grinding system provides automatic collection of harmful grinding particles with no separate extraction system.G-Tech is fully adjustable enabling grinding at any tip angle required_ holders to suit 1.0_ 1.6_ 2.4_ 3.2_ 4.0_ and 4.8mm electrode sizes are provided. All grinding is done on the diamond rim to ensure correct alignment with electrode grainial axis along the electrode axis.Together with improved TIG welding through better arc stability a more consistent level of weld presentation and no oxidation of the tungsten during wet grinding the G-Tech is a valuable tool for the TIG welder.-Tech is available in three single phase versions: 220/240V 50Hz_ 115V 50Hz and 115V 60Hz (CSA approved). All are supplied with ESABs TIG selector and start up kit including five cerium electrodes.
