Robust and powerful
Origo Mig 410 and 510 are sturdy and robust step switched power sources for heavy duty MIG/MAG welding. Well proven technology together with ESAB developed software provides high reliability and outstanding welding performance.
The machines are made with a strong galvanised metal casing to withstand harsh environments. The large wheels, sturdy lifting eyelets and an under carriage designed for transport with forklift makes the machines easy to move.
Easy to use
The wide current and voltage range make it easy to optimise settings for a wide variety of filler materials and gases. The patented ELP, ESAB LogicPump, on the water cooled variants automatically starts the water pump in the machine when a water cooled gun is connected to the wire feeder (OrigoFeed 304 or Origo Feed 484).
This eliminates the risk of over-heating the welding gun and prevents costly repairs. When a self-cooled gun is used, the pump is automatically shut off giving lower noise and longer lifetime for the cooling pump.
Flexibility
The machines are optimised to operate together with Origo Feed 304 4 roll wire feeders. As standard the wire feed unit sits on a swivel post mounted on the top of the Origo Mig providing a 360 degree radius of operation.
The whole package is supported with Esab's standard 2 year warranty (excludes torch).
