The latest version of the 100 Series headshields feature notable product improvements as well as the latest eye catching designs.
Improvements include:
- New headband design for increased comfort and robustness with smooth ratchet for precise tightening.
- Option to lock in the light state shade 3 e.g.when grinding
- Delay function allows you to set the dark to light switching time
- Built in holders for optional diopter magnifying lenses. Attaching the lens is now easier and more accurate
The 3M Speedglas 100 Helmet is an adjustable auto-darkening headshield from Shade 8-12, which returns to a Shade 3 in the undarkened condition allowing for clear viewing. Inside the headshield, the shade and sensitivity adjustment is straightforward with simple press button arrangement allowing for low amp Tig welding. The headshield is also designed to be light and comfortable.
One of the main attractions of this range of headshields will be the eyecatching designs of the graphics applied to the exterior of the helmet. This helmet features the Xterminator design which has a chilling futuristic motif on the shield.
