Philip Spargo joined the company in April 1987 and has since proved to be a diligent and hard-working employee. Phil has overseen the transfer of the branch from the less glamorous premises we used to occupy to the pleasant, modern unit we now call home, complete with such modern facilities such as toilets (internal) and heating in Winter, a far cry from his early days with the company. Among his many hobbies he finds time for long distance running which, if you know the topography of Cornwall, you will know is hard work.
Van Driver/Sales
Rob has worked part-time for Wellington Welding Supplies since June 2008 and his duties include both deliveries and administration. Away from work Rob has a full musical career and performs on the local circuit. His chosen instrument is the guitar and he has been playing for 25 years. Rob is originally from South London and still supports Crystal Palace although has been a native of Cornwall since 1971. Rob is also interested in attending antique auctions and can read and speak passable Greek.
