AT506 is a 50 micron aluminium foil tape, coated one side with a dispersion acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. The tape is backed with a strong polyethylene coated release paper. This tape is flame retardant giving a very safe performance where risk of fire is an issue. It meets various specifications including BS476 Part 6 & Part 7 Category 1 and Fire Class M1. AT506 meets specifications total Halides 1000PPM Max Total and Sulphur 1000PPM Max, which make it ideal for sealing metal or plastic ducting in nuclear power stations. AT506 offers high performance, durability and resistance against extreme temperatures (from -40˚C to +110˚C).Also ideal for sealing metal or plastic ducting in nuclear power stations.
