Klingspor has devised the performance classes Extra, Supra and Special to offer users the cutting-off wheel that fits their needs best. Grouped in the Supra category, the A 46 N has been optimised for different fields of application and delivers superb cutting performance under heavy-duty use. The cutting-off wheels are made from a synthetic grain that offers lasting properties. Klingspor selects only resins and filler materials that offer the best possible characteristics. The overall package delivers outstanding stability, excellent cutting performance and excellent burst resistance.
Proven safety for every application
Klingspor attaches paramount importance to ensuring that their products, e.g. cutting-off wheels or abrasives, offer optimum safety during use. This also holds true for the cutting-of wheel A 46 N Supra. It is tested according to oSa guidelines and are guaranteed to comply with European safety standard EN 12413. Another major contributor to safety is the proper handling of the cutting-off wheels. One aspect in this regard is setting the optimum speed. The speed should up to the maximum circumferential speed specified for the wheel. While working with the product, the user must not exceed the maximum speed. Equally important is to select the right tool pressure. It must not be to high to prevent the material from overheating.
